We have enhanced discussion notification emails to give you a clearer and more complete view of the related document and message content - directly in your inbox.
Why it matters
Respond faster and keep documents moving. By seeing the message content, sender, and document details immediately in your email inbox, you can provide answers quickly, helping to process documents without unnecessary back-and-forth.
What's New

Full message visibility: View the message content and sender’s name directly in the notification email.
- Document details: Key information such as Document type, Document number, Supplier, Organization, and Total is now included in the notification email.
- Better context awareness: Instantly know which invoice or other document a discussion is about without opening the application first.
Who benefits
Accounts payable teams, procurement professionals, and any business users involved in document discussions.
Where to find it
The enhanced content is automatically included in default discussion notification emails when:
- A new discussion is started, or
- An existing discussion is updated,
and the user has enabled email notifications for each new message in User settings.
