Basware Insights now includes a dedicated SmartWorkflow success metrics dashboard, giving you direct visibility into how AI is automating invoice routing in your organisation. SmartWorkflow handles the hard cases; invoices where standard recipient resolvers have already failed, so you can now see exactly how much manual work it is removing and how accurately it is predicting recipients.
This Insights dashboard brings InvoiceAI performance into your day-to-day AP reporting.

- Track how many invoices SmartWorkflow has processed and what share of recipients were predicted correctly.
- Understand total task predictions made and the volume of correct individual predictions.
- Simulate the impact of changing SmartWorkflow's confidence threshold, see how adjusting it affects the balance between correct predictions and missed or wrong recipients. You can fine-tune AI behaviour for your organisation based on simulations.
