A new in-product help center is released, making product guidance easily accessible directly within Basware applications.

Why it matters:
Users can quickly find answers and guidance without leaving the application, improving self-service, reducing support needs, and ensuring up-to-date information is always at hand.

What's New:

  • The new Learn more in-product help center is accessible from the main navigation bar to all users in:
    • Accounts payable
    • Insights
    • Tasks > Invoices (professional view)
    • Tasks > Spend plans (professional view)
    • Documents > Invoices (professional view)
    • Documents > Spend plans (professional view)
    • Invoicing (professional view).
  • The help center contains a context-aware guidance tailored to the user’s current view and enabled features.
  • It has a semantic search capability, enabling users to raise questions freely.
  • Enriched documentation to support users with their daily work.

All Basware users seeking product guidance with invoice and spend plan processing, especially those using Accounts payable, Tasks, Documents, Invoicing, and, Insights.

Where to find it:
Accessible directly from the first-level navigation bar within supported Basware applications. Professional view must be enabled for users in Tasks and Documents. You can enable the professional view in your User settings.
