A new malware scanning solution is now available to a limited group of customers as part of the 25.6 release, with plans for a broader rollout in the future. This enhancement significantly strengthens document security by automatically scanning all uploaded attachment files and invoice images across new invoices, spend plans, and purchasing documents.
Solution highlights:
- Faster scanning performance: The new solution delivers noticeably faster scan times compared to the previous implementation, reducing delays and improving the overall user experience during file uploads.
- Proactive protection: Files are scanned immediately upon upload. They cannot be downloaded until the scan is complete and confirmed safe, preventing the spread of malware before it can reach users.
- Minimized risk: If a file is flagged as malicious, it is automatically quarantined—ensuring it cannot be accessed or shared further. This reduces the risk of infection across your organization.
- Seamless user experience: The scanning process is integrated into the upload workflow, with minimal disruption to end users. Users are notified of the scan status and can proceed confidently once files are cleared.
