Feature overview
Budget lists and detail views in Purchase Data Management now have a column Description to allow user to define purpose and additional details on the budget during creation and subsequent edits. The new field is available for both Dynamic and Manual budgets.
This helps Budget Administrators to identify budgets easily.
Functionality
Budget creation, edits and Imports through AnyERP now support Description field with a length of 1000 characters in order to capture information on the budget.
Location
The new field is available in Data Management-->General under Budgets. It can also be added to dynamic budgets during creation via AnyERP Budget Import.
