We've improved the Touchless Match KPI to better reflect invoices that were processed without manual intervention.
What's changed?
Previously, invoices with matching exceptions were automatically classified as non-touchless, even when those exceptions were resolved automatically by the system and required no user action.
With this enhancement, invoices are now considered touchless matched when:
- Matching was completed automatically.
- A single match was found.
- Any matching exception was resolved automatically without manual intervention.
Business value
This change provides a more accurate measurement of matching automation by ensuring that system-resolved exceptions do not negatively impact Touchless Match KPIs.
Customers will benefit from:
- More accurate automation reporting.
- Better visibility into true touchless matching performance.
- Consistent Touchless Match calculations across Insights dashboards.
