Feature overview
Basware Insights dashboards now refresh Monday through Friday by default, matching when your teams actually use them. Since weekend usage is minimal for most customers, this keeps your data pipeline focused on the days that matter to you, with no change to dashboard functionality and no lag once Monday arrives.
This is controlled by a feature toggle, "Disable weekend compute," enabled by default for all customers. If your organisation runs weekend invoice processing and needs weekend refreshes, you can request this toggle to be turned off for your tenant at no cost.
What this means for you
- Your dashboards show data through end of day Friday. The next refresh runs Monday morning, fully current.
- Nothing changes in how you use Insights: same dashboards, same functionality, just a schedule aligned to standard business usage.
- If you run weekend workflows (for example, weekend invoice processing) and need your dashboards refreshed on Saturday or Sunday, contact Basware Support and we'll enable weekend compute for your tenant.
Want weekend data refreshes?
By default, weekend compute is off. Raise a request with Basware Support, reference feature toggle "Disable weekend compute," and we'll switch it on for your tenant.
