Feature overview
We have improved the Edit Address dialog to provide a clearer and more efficient experience for managing delivery and invoicing addresses for Professional Buyers and Power Users.
Apply address to All Lines:
Easily apply a selected address (predefined or custom) to all lines at once using the new Edit action for header delivery address.
Simplified Copying to other lines:
Copy and edit actions for the line are now more intuitive.
Improved Design and Clarity:
Button names, dialog titles, and layout have been updated to better reflect user actions and provide a logical workflow.
Enhanced Address Picker:
Users can now view full address details in the picker and search by any part of the address, not just its name.
Functionality
Users can now define a pre-defined or custom address for the header delivery address that applies to all lines. This is efficient when all lines need to have the same delivery address.
The line level addresses can still be defined for each line seperately and the improved Copy Address dialog makes it easy to copy address to other lines. Line level address changes are outside the dialog thus saving user multiple clicks.
Custom addresses are now saved per header or line, ensuring each address remains available for future edits. The last defined custom address for the line/document header will be loaded whenever custom address is chosen by user next.
