Filtering recipients by unit

Users who are allowed to modify the recipients of a TEM document (for example, reviewers and approvers) can now filter recipients by unit. This helps users quickly find the right recipient.

This feature is controlled by the new setting MOBILE.RECIPIENT_UNIT_FILTER in Basic data > Application settings. The values are:

• 0 - The recipients cannot be filtered by unit (functionality remains unchanged).
• 1 - A unit filter checkbox is shown. By default, recipients are selected from the document's own unit.
• 2 - A unit filter checkbox is shown and selected by default.

When value is 1 or 2, the recipient's unit is also shown in the recipient selection list.
