Advanced Search for purchase documents in Professional Tools now supports additional fields as Search Crirteria. Further, all fields available as search criteria are now rendered as columns in Search results for purchase documents. This is aimed at supporting efficient search and reporting capabilities.
Professional Users can now utilize the following fields as Search Criteria while using Advanced Search to filter Purchase Requisitions-
- Buyer Product Code
- Order Type
These fields will be available in the Search results if the screen configuration for purchase requisition list views has enabled fields as visible in Configuration Tool.
In addition to these, the following fields can also be included as columns in Search results, if the screen configuration allows.

Manufacturer Product Code

Tax Code
-
Payment Term
On similar lines, new fields are now supported as search criteria and therefore rendered to search results (if set to visible in screen configuration for purchase order lists) in advanced search for purchase orders-

Supplier Product Code

Supplier Product Name

PO Line Number
-
Order Type
In addition to above fields, the result set can now include the following columns the screenconfiguration allows-
- Buyer Product Code

Manufacturer Product Code

Purchasing Category (code + Name)
