When the centralized OpenAPI user group management is taken into use for AP Automation and Procurement, changes to the centralized data cannot be made through the AP Automation and Procurement Administration user interface. The centrally managed data will be displayed as read-only and all the modification controls are disabled. All changes must be performed using OpenAPI or Basware Admin. The data created through the AP Automation and Procurement user interface can still be edited as before.
