Release: October 2026
What’s new
For environments with the Integrated Shopping Experience enabled, the Summary Page can now be configured to reflect your purchasing process. You choose which fields your users see while creating a requisition, make the right ones mandatory, and use the default values you have already set up, so relevant information is filled in before users review the page.
Users can now set key coding values directly on the Summary Page, without updating each line of the requisition separately. Your organization decides whether to make coding available on the Summary Page and which fields to include.
We have also improved how delivery addresses, approvers and line items are displayed, so users can review a requisition at a glance before sending it for approval.
Why it matters
- Faster, more consistent coding: set key coding values once instead of line by line, and apply them across the whole document.
- Less effort for end users: a focused set of fields, with relevant values already filled in.
- Fits your process: you configure what users see and must complete, including whether coding is available on the page.
- Clearer review before submission: addresses, approvers and line items are easier to read.
Who it’s for
Customers using Basware Purchase with the Integrated Shopping Experience and the Basket API enabled, and with Professional Views set for purchase documents.
