Invoice status check is a service that allows suppliers to view the status of their invoices without needing to register or authenticate into the service. This reduces the workload of the AP team by enabling suppliers to track their invoices through a self-service UI.
The service has now been enhanced so that customers can activate invoice status check for specific companies within a tenant, instead of applying it to all companies.

Enables organizations with multiple companies under one tenant to tailor invoice status check activation to each company’s needs, improving flexibility and control.

- Customers can enable or disable invoice status check for specific companies.
- New “Invoice status check settings” page in Data Management for configuration.
