Ask and Analyze in Insights Pro

The Ask and Analyze feature introduces an AI data agent within Insights Pro, designed to simplify data exploration for the users. It enables users to ask questions in plain English and instantly receive charts, tables, metrics, or insights—without needing to write queries or understand complex data structures. This feature is enabled by default for all Insights Pro customers. To activate the Ask & Analyze button, an Admin user must assign appropriate user rights 

Supported Topics:

• Invoice Header Data: Explore supplier names, invoice amounts, payment dates, PO numbers, and more.
• Matching Data: Investigate matching statuses, exceptions, and processing details to understand invoice-to-order alignment.

Key Capabilities:

• Natural language interaction with structured AP data
• Instant generation of relevant visuals and summaries
• Enables ad-hoc analysis for faster decision-making
• Empowers non-technical users to explore data independently

Use Case Example:
A user can type:
“Give invoice count grouped by organization based on creation time for the year 2025”
and instantly receive a chart showing the requested breakdown

Clicking the pencil icon allows the user to change the measure and dimension.
