Admin role users can now create and edit application announcements for all TEM users in WebClient.
Announcements are public and visible to all users. When you save an announcement in Basic data, all read flags are reset and the announcement is published again for all users.
In addition, the announcement view in WebClient has been redesigned. Users can mark an announcement as read and show only unread announcements.
