Comments and attachments can now be added to documents that are in active workflow.
Adding attachment is possible when
- document is not locked or it is not read-only or it is not in removable status
- adding attachment to document in particular status is dependent on configuration on document type
- attachment can be added when the editor is either document owner, secretary, handler or administrator
Comments can be added when
- document is not locked or it is not read-only or it is not in removable status
- comment can be added by the document owner, recipient on informative flow, secretary, handler or administrator
