Business Rules for Cancel Process and Cancel and Resend – Define rules that display warnings or errors when canceling or resending invoice processes, helping to avoid incorrect actions and minimize rework.

Procurement: Flexible Charges and Streamlined Shopping

Key Highlights:

Quantity-Based Basket Delivery Charges – Delivery pricing can now be based on item quantity, not just price, offering more accurate logistics costing for suppliers and buyers.

Task Details in Power User Views – Professional desktop views now include task details for Purchase Requisitions, Orders, and Goods Receipts, delivering a seamless data-driven workflow.

Skip Summary Page in Checkout – Jump directly from Marketplace checkout to editing your purchase requisition, ideal for users who always modify request details.

Why It Matters:

  • Supports complex pricing models and supplier logistics
  • Increases task execution speed and data access
  • Streamlines the requisition process for power users

How to Activate:

  • Quantity-Based Charges: Use “Delivery Basket Attribute” settings in content loaders or BMECat files.
  • Power User Task Views: Enable from User settings > Views in desktop mode.
  • Skip Summary Page: Enable in Marketplace Settings (Basket API must be active).

TEM (Travel & Expense Management): Easier Year-End and Data Management

  •  All features are available in WebAdmin.
