Malware Scanning for Uploads
All uploaded files, including invoices, spend plans, and purchasing attachments, are now automatically scanned for malware. Files cannot be accessed until verified safe. If flagged, files are quarantined to prevent spread and ensure operational security.
Touchless KPIs in Invoice List
Previously available only on the TIP Dashboard, key Touchless Processing KPIs (e.g. Matching, Receiving) are now included in invoice exports for deeper offline analysis.
Invoice Dispute and Removal Reasons
The Supplier Discovery view now shows why invoices were removed or disputed. This helps identify patterns and enables targeted improvements in supplier management.
Enhanced Filtering with 5-Level Hierarchy
Navigate your analytics more intuitively with new filters for up to five levels of your organizational hierarchy—alongside the existing flat organization list.
New Invoice Detail Sheet
A new sheet within the Invoice Data Discovery dashboard provides in-depth KPI tracking, with aggregation across customizable dimensions and timelines. Advanced KPIs are exclusive to Pro users.
Process Data Discovery Dashboard
Track reviewer and approver task durations for stronger SLA compliance and audit readiness.
Configurable Item Pricing
Items can now include user-selectable configurations that impact pricing in real time. For example, choosing different operating systems for a laptop can instantly update the total cost before checkout. Templates allow price adjustments for both dropdown and multi-select options.
Audit Trail for Archived Agreements
A full history is now captured when an agreement is archived, recording who archived it and when. This supports compliance and audit readiness.
Supplier Item Preview
A new preview icon on the Pricelist page lets suppliers see how their catalog items will appear to buyers. This reduces dependency on buyer feedback for catalog troubleshooting.
Contract Details in Power User Tools
Users with the Professional view enabled now see contract details directly within requisitions, orders, and receipts—making data access faster and purchasing more strategic.
