Why it matters
ZUGFeRD is a German e-invoice standard. It combines a readable PDF with structured invoice data. Standards change over time, and your trading partners move to new versions. With ZUGFeRD 2.5.2 support, you can keep exchanging invoices in the format your partners use, without manual workarounds.
What’s new
- Sending: Basware now generates your outgoing invoices as ZUGFeRD 2.5.2 PDFs.
- Receiving: Your suppliers can now send invoices in ZUGFeRD 2.5.2. Earlier ZUGFeRD versions continue to work.
- Validation: Basware now creates validation reports for ZUGFeRD 2.5.2 invoices.
