Support for configurable products in Shopping lists

Shopping lists now support configurable products, enabling users and administrators to save and manage items such as bundles, matrix items, and item templates in both My lists and Organisation lists. This enhancement helps streamline recurring purchases by making configurable products easier to access and reuse.

 

End users can add configurable products to their personal list and access them directly for future purchases. Administrators can also include configurable products in Organisation Lists, making them available to users across the organization.
The Buy All experience has also been enhanced to better support lists containing both standard and configurable products, helping users complete recurring purchases more efficiently. In addition, supported configurable products can now be added to Shopping Lists directly from Marketplace search results and accessed through Shopping list widgets on the Marketplace home page.

 

• Administrators: Can create and maintain Organization lists containing approved configurable products for consistent purchasing across departments and organisation .
• End Users: Can save and reuse configurable products in Shopping lists, making recurring purchases faster and more convenient.

Where to find it

To add configurable products to a shopping list, go to Marketplace search results page > click List link on the configurable product.

To view and purchase items from saved lists, go to Lists > My lists or Lists > Organisation lists.

To access configurable products from the home page, go to Marketplace Home page > Shopping list widget.

To manage Organization Lists containing configurable products, go to Marketplace Views > Lists when creating or editing an Organization List.
