The system now supports assigning multiple content tags to a single item, enabling more flexible filtering and improved visibility control. Previously, each item could only have one content tag, which limited how items could be shared across different views. With this update, an item will appear in Marketplace if there is at least one matching tag between the view’s agreement tag set and the item’s content tag set.
For example, if an item like a laptop is intended for use by multiple departments Dept A, Dept B and Dept C and the laptop includes content tags A, B and C, then configuring a view for Dept B with tag B will allow all users with access to that view to see the laptop.
In csv formats used for loading files, such as the Agreement content csv and Framework agreement Items csv, multiple tags can be added as comma-separated values in the content tags column. In Super Content Loader, multiple tags are supported by using multiple rows for the same Item SKU, each row containing a different tag.
