Product manager users can now set a maximum order quantity for items in agent agreements. This helps buying organizations control certain items to prevent over-ordering and ensure fair distribution across locations, departments or stores.

A new field “Maximum Order Quantity” has been added in agent agreement items. When set, users cannot order more than this quantity.If users try to add more than the allowed quantity to the basket, a validation message appears and blocks the item from being added to the basket. Similarly, if users update quantities beyond the limit after adding items to the basket, a validation message is shown and prevents checkout of the item from the basket until the quantity is adjusted to comply with the quantity limit.
