Feature Overview
Set up, update, or revoke your API users yourself — no waiting on a request to get it done. Creating and managing the credentials behind your integrations now happens directly in Basware Admin, and changes take effect immediately.
Why it matters
Every integration between your systems and Basware runs on an API user behind the scenes. Until now, adding one, changing its access, or shutting it down meant submitting a request and waiting for someone else to process it — even for something as simple as turning off access you no longer need.
That's no longer necessary. If you're rolling out a new integration, onboarding a new system, or need to cut off access right away, you can do it yourself, on your own schedule.
What's New
- Earlier, setting up or changing API user access required submitting a request and waiting for it to be processed. It's now available directly to you in Basware Admin.
- Create a new API user in minutes, without any approval step.
- Update an existing API user's details whenever they change.
- See all your API users and their status in one place, at any time.
