Include document filter invoices in accrual reports

Users can now choose to include document filter invoices in invoice accrual reports, providing more control and flexibility in financial reporting.

Why it matters

This enhancement allows customers to generate more comprehensive accrual reports by including invoices filtered by the document filter, supporting better financial visibility and reporting accuracy.

What’s new

  • New option in the invoice accrual report creation screen to include invoices from the document filter
  • Document filter invoices are excluded by default; users can enable the option when required

AP clerks and finance users responsible for accrual reporting.

Where to find it

Accounts payable > Accrual reports > Create report.

The document filter must be activated for the tenant before this option is available in the accrual reporting screen.
