Template Upload gives customers a self-service way to meet the France e-Reporting mandate: download a Basware-provided template for the report type you need, fill it in, and upload it directly through the e-Reporting UI. Every uploaded file is validated, tied to the right report period, and carried through the same trusted submission pipeline used today — improving speed, accuracy, and confidence for customers who previously had no self-service path at all.

Download the template for your report type, complete it, and upload it as excel, or csv. Validation checks the file against the report's requirements and lists any errors by column, with an option to export the full error list as XML for review outside the browser.
2. Guided Report Type Selection
The right report, for the right period, every time.
Country, company, report type, and reporting period are confirmed and locked before upload, so the file you submit is checked against exactly the selection you made — reducing the chance of the wrong report type or period being submitted.
Built-In Trust, Start to Finish
Once a submission is accepted, you can download the final AFNOR XML that was actually delivered to the French government platform (PPF) — so you always know exactly what was reported. And if a correction is ever needed, re-uploading creates a "Rectified" version that cleanly replaces the prior submission for that period, keeping the compliance trail intact.
