Product Manager users can now choose who receives notifications for an agreement.
A new Notification recipient field has been added to the header section of the Manage Agreements page. This ensures continuity when the original agreement creator is no longer available by allowing another designated user to receive notifications and take timely action. By default, the agreement creator is preselected in this field.
