You can now receive copies of rejection emails sent to your suppliers — without suppliers knowing you were notified.
When SmartPDF rejects an invoice and sends a notification to the supplier, you can now ensure the right people in your organisation are informed. By registering one or more email addresses, those recipients will automatically receive a BCC copy of every rejection email — without the supplier being aware.
What this feature include
Flexible Configuration
Add or remove notification recipients at any time through SmartPDF configuration managed by Partner consultants.
Invisible to Suppliers
BCC recipients are not disclosed. Supplier-facing communication remains clean and unaffected.
Never Miss a Rejection
BCC Registered addresses receive a copy each time SmartPDF sends a rejection notification to a supplier.
Multiple Addresses Supported
Add one or several email addresses, making it suitable for team inboxes, Accounts Payable managers, or compliance groups.
