Basket return debug for punchout

#Marketplace

Release: 26.11

A new Basket return debug page gives Product manager users a clear view of the basket data supplier webshop returns. They can inspect both the raw and the extracted cXML/OCI basket return, then validate and troubleshoot the returned data and field mappings.

Why It Matters

When item information returned by a supplier webshop is mapped incorrectly, identifying the cause can be challenging. Basket Return Debug brings the webshop response, configured mappings, and resulting values together in one place, making it easier to identify and resolve mapping issues before the webshop is made available to end users

What’s New

  • Check Setup: The setup validation button has a new name and confirms when a response is received.
  • Test basket return: Launch the supplier website, transfer a basket, and land on the Basket return debug page to review the response.
  • Header and item details: See the returned basket header values and a detailed view of each item, including the configured mapping and the value the supplier sent.

Who Benefits

Product manager users can validate punchout agreements and diagnose mapping issues without relying on technical support.

Where to Find It

On the punchout agreement, click Test, then click Check Setup to validate the setup. When the setup check succeeds, the Test basket return button appears. Click it to open the supplier website, transfer a basket, and return to the Basket return debug page.
