Release: 25.11
The Agreement Pricelist page has been updated to improve usability for customers reviewing changes between agreement versions. Below are the key changes:
- Available Items Section – Column Updates
a) Item Change
- The previous Change column is now renamed to Item Change to clearly indicate modifications in the latest version.
- When the agreement is in approval status, the following values will appear:
- None: No changes in the item.
- Added: A new item has been added to the pricelist.
- Removed: An item has been removed from the pricelist.
- Modified: A single field in the item has changed.
- Multiple: More than one field in the item has changed.
- Displays the first price break and currency code for the item.
- Shows POR if the first price is POR.
- Items without a price (e.g., matrix) will display N/A.
- Indicates changes to price breaks. Possible values:
- N/A: Item has no price (e.g., matrix).
- “-”: No change or item added/removed.
- (±n%): Percentage increase or decrease in base price. A negative sign indicates a decrease.
- Changed: Multiple price breaks changed or POR-related changes.
- A new section added between filters and results summarizing comparison changes with item totals.
- Visible only for organisation and agent agreements.
- Changed fields are highlighted.
- Unchanged values display “-” instead of blank.
- Empty values indicate empty fields.
- Exported file reflects applied filters.
- Modified the following columns:
- Current Price / Proposed Price: Correctly show respective prices.
- Difference %: Blank for added/removed items, POR prices, or no price.
- New Column – Price Change: Displays changes in price.
