• Control Over Credit Memo Matching – Configure which document types can be matched to returned goods receipts, reducing risk and manual correction.

• Service PO Matching with Gross Sum Logic – Supports matching by total value for service POs via API-imported data, improving flexibility in ERP-integrated workflows.

Key Highlights:

• Keyboard Usability Enhancements – Designed with accessibility in mind: improved tabbing, focus indicators, key actions like Enter and Esc, and a clearer button color scheme.
• Archiving by Document ID – Target specific claims more accurately with document ID range selection.
• Scheduler Additional Fields – See task descriptions, run history, and outputs directly in WebClient.
• Basic Data Selection Lists – Expanded to 255 characters for more detailed entries in expenses and vehicle usage.
• Longer Custom Fields – Additional custom text fields on expenses and vehicle usages now support up to 255 characters.

Key Highlights:

• Typeahead Product Search – Instantly suggests items as you type, pulling from product and manufacturer names.

• Multiple Content Tags per Item – One item, many tags: show relevant content across departments and user groups.

• Export/Import Item Templates – Reuse and replicate configurations with easy JSON-based import/export tools.

• Accelerates product discovery with fewer clicks

• Improves governance and visibility across the organization

• Simplifies admin tasks, especially during setup or expansion

How to Activate:

• Typeahead: Enabled by default

• Content Tags: Use CSV or Super Content Loader with multiple values

Accounts Receivable: SmartPDF Gets Smarter

Key Highlight:

• SmartPDF Instant Learning for New Fields – Now instantly learns and recognizes four additional fields: Currency, Supplier VAT, Supplier Organization ID, and Bank Account.

Why It Matters:

• Reduces manual data entry and speeds up onboarding of new invoice layouts
• Improves accuracy in OCR and data extraction processes

How to Activate:

• SmartPDF Enhancements: Automatically applied to all new SmartPDF training sessions
