Introducing Basware's New Customer Blog

This October, we officially launch Basware's New Customer Blog! The purpose of the blog is to act as a key resource to help you, our customers, maximize the value you gain from your Basware solution. This will be our main communication channel, and by subscribing, you will receive automatic updates from us when new content is published.

The Customer Blog will focus on delivering content that addresses four core topics:

Product Updates and Innovations

Every month, we release a new set of exciting product updates that add to your existing solution. While we publish news of these releases on our Innovations & Features hub, we understand that you may not have time to review each new feature. Therefore, we plan to publish a monthly post highlighting the most important ones.

Additionally, when a significant innovation comes to market, we will use the Customer Blog as a place to explain in more detail what the value is for existing customers and how this can complement the solutions you have already implemented.

Upcoming Customer Events and Webinars

At Basware, we recognize the immense value that comes from in-person and virtual gatherings. We are dedicated to running customer events that educate, support product adoption, and provide guidance on how to maximize the value you can gain from Basware.

Whether it's our bi-annual product launch event, Basware Bespoke, our product demo sessions (e.g. Smart-PDF Demos), or other events we are hosting, we will promote them first in this blog.

We'll also aim to provide summaries for any customer event so those who can't join don't have to miss out. Our goal is to ensure you have the resources and knowledge to make the most out of your Basware solutions.

Key Industry News

Our industry is undergoing significant shifts, but one of the most pertinent issues we can discuss with you is the introduction of new compliance regulations. These changes will have broad-reaching impacts, affecting everything from invoice processing to supplier relationships.

We have already published a number of articles on the France 2024 e-invoices mandate, but with 17 countries implementing new or revised mandates in the next two years, there will be much more to come. Through the Customer Blog, we'll aim to direct you to our most relevant content and reports as we publish them.

Finally, we want to celebrate customer success and share learnings so that others can benefit, and we can begin to foster a customer community.
