This October, Basware is proud to launch the inaugural Basware NextGen Customer Event in Dublin.

This is your opportunity to join a community of ambitious finance leaders who are accelerating fast, investing boldly, and shaping the future of AP together. As a brand-new event, spaces are limited and early registration is essential.

Expect hands-on workshops, first-look product sessions, and real conversations with peers and Basware leaders. And on Wednesday, you'll join forces with Basware's VIP community for a shared Innovation Day, a unique opportunity to connect with some of the most strategically advanced finance organizations in the world.

We'll cover your accommodation and networking costs, and for guests joining from the US or Australia, we're offering an additional night's stay to help ease the jet lag.

Event Itinerary – Dublin, October 2026

We have a limited number of rooms available so request that initially only 2 representatives from an organization register, but if you would like additional spots we will try to accommodate you.
Arrive on Tuesday, October 13*

In the evening, Basware will host a welcome reception at your dedicated NextGen venue - The College Green Hotel, followed by a hosted welcome dinner. It's the perfect way to meet your fellow NextGen peers and kick off the community experience.

Day 1 – Wednesday, October 14 – Innovation Day with VIP

Both NextGen and VIP communities come together for a landmark Innovation Day. Basware will unveil its latest product advancements, with sessions designed to inspire, inform, and connect across our entire customer community. In the evening, the NextGen community gathers separately for a dedicated networking dinner.

Day 2 – Thursday, October 15

NextGen takes center stage for a full day of community-focused sessions covering learning, peer conversations, and collaborative discussion tailored to where your organization is heading. The day closes with a celebration to mark this inaugural event.

Departure – Friday, October 16
