Part 1: Introduction to Basware Insights
Get familiar with the fundamentals. This course explains what Basware Insights is, why it was developed, and how it supports smarter financial operations.
You’ll learn how to:
- Understand the purpose and key features of Insights
- Explore data access, the Insights Platform, GenAI, and operational AP views
- Recognize the opportunities available across Essentials and Pro Shape
Part 2: Next Level – Navigating Dashboards and Metrics
Build on the basics and start using Insights with confidence. This session focuses on practical skills to help you interpret data, spot trends, and inform decisions.
You’ll learn how to:
- Navigate and customize dashboards
- Identify and interpret essential KPIs
- Apply filters and time ranges for focused analysis
- Turn metrics into meaningful actions
Who Should Register?
This training is for all Basware customers using Insights Essentials or Insights Pro, and specifically for the users within those organizations who have access to the Insights module. Whether you're in finance, operations, procurement, or data analytics—if you're working with Insights, this course is for you.
Technical details on Course Format
Both sessions are delivered online and on-demand, via our training partner LearnUpon.
LearnUpon is a leading learning management system (LMS) platform that enables seamless access to interactive training content. You can complete the sessions at your own pace, pause and resume as needed, and track your progress throughout. All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser, no downloads required.
